Regulating department of licensing agents and subagents.
Summary
- Authorizes county auditors to recommend the appointment of subagents for vehicle licensing and registration. Requires subagents to report all costs and revenues for their activities on an annual basis. Requires a report to the legislature by January 15, 1992.
