SB 5383: Prevailing wage administratn

Regarding the administration of prevailing wages.

Summary

  • For public works projects of $2,500 or less, an awarding agency may authorize the contractor or subcontractor to submit the statement of intent to pay prevailing wages directly to it, without approval of the Department of Labor and Industries. The statements are to be retained for at least three years.
