SB 5758: Vehicle title/registrtn cost
Subsidizing county losses involved in vehicle title and registration activities.
Summary
- Counties shall calculate their net proceeds from vehicle licensing activities each year. If a county's net proceeds exceed $10,000, the county shall transmit 2 percent of such collections to the State Treasurer.
