HB 2003: Juvenile offenders

Affecting juvenile offenders.

Summary

  • The crimes of stalking, with no prior stalking offenses and stalking, with prior stalking offenses, are added to the juvenile disposition sentencing schedule. The definition of "minor or first offender" is clarified and simplified by describing the offenses that are included in the definition of minor or first offender as a category rather than listing them individually.
