Petitioning Congress to amend the food, drug, and cosmetic act to establish a negligible risk standard for pesticide residue in processed foods.

Summary

  • Congress is requested to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to establish a negligible risk standard for pesticide residues in processed foods.
