SB 5973: Manufactrng/processng tax ex

Providing tax exemptions for manufacturing and processing.

Summary

  • Does not require the deferred taxes to be repaid unless the investment project is used for other purposes. Repeals RCW 82.61.020, 82.61.040, 82.63.040, and 82.63.050. Requires an assessment of the results of the tax deferrals by September 1, 1998.
