BILL · 1995–96 SESSION
SB 6383: Executive sessions
Allowing personal property prices to be discussed in executive session.
Summary
- A state or local governing body may exclude the public and conduct business in an executive session to consider the minimum price at which personal property will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. Final action selling or leasing real or personal property must be taken in a meeting open to the public.
