SB 5446: Alterntv public works methds
Adopting the recommendations of the alternative public works methods oversight committee.
Summary
- Provides that a public body shall establish a thirty-day public comment period to receive public comment on its preliminary determination to use the alternative public works contracting procedure. Requires the public body to receive and record written and oral comments concerning the preliminary determination at the public hearing.
