BILL · 1997–98 SESSION

SB 6398: Voting system tests

Regulating voting system tests.

Summary

  • The requirement that an acceptance test be one that is prescribed by the Secretary of State is removed; and equipment can be the same as, rather than identical to, that which is certified.
