SB 6722: Abuse victim insurnc discrim
Regarding discrimination by insurance companies against victims of abuse.
Summary
- Finds that domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse exact a dramatic toll on our communities, families, and individuals and should not be compounded with discrimination by insurance carriers.
