SB 5224: Publ hospital dist bidding
Changing alternative bid processes for public hospital districts.
Summary
- Authorizes a public hospital district to use the contracting processes provided in RCW 39.04.155; however, public hospital districts may only use the small works roster process for projects estimated to cost less than fifty thousand dollars.
