BILL · 2001–02 SESSION

HB 1614: Commercial bribery

Reenacting provisions relating to the crime of commercial bribery.

Summary

  • $ Reenacts, without making any changes, a provision of law relating to the crime of commercial bribery, and re-repeals a provision dealing with employee grafting, in order to respond to a court decision that may have invalidated the law, and the repeal, because of a defective bill title and improper inclusion of multiple subjects in a 1995 act.
