BILL · 2001–02 SESSION
HB 2970: Shoreline management
Adjusting the monetary threshold for "substantial development" under the shoreline management act.
Summary
- Finds that the dollar threshold for what constitutes substantial development under the shoreline management act has not been changed since 1971. Recognizes that the effects of inflation have brought in many activities under the jurisdiction of chapter 90.58 RCW that would have been exempted under its original provisions.
