HB 2370: Condominiums

Regulating condominiums created on or before July 1, 1990.

Summary

Provides that the declaration shall provide for the collection of all sums assessed by the association of apartment owners for the share of the common expenses chargeable to any apartment, and state the formulas or methods used in establishing the allocation of these expenses among the apartment owners.
