BILL · 2005–06 SESSION
SB 5588: County road project report
Revising county road project reporting.
Summary
- The bill removes references to BARS numbers and account names that have become obsolete. The bill defines the "county road construction budget" as the aggregate total of cost as defined by BARS. However, such costs must not include those costs assigned to the right of way account, ancillary operations account, and that portion of the engineering account that is preliminary engineering.
