HB 2120: Pilotage tariffs

Concerning the fixing of pilotage tariffs.

Summary

  • Requires the utilities and transportation commission to annually submit a pilotage tariff recommendation report to the board of pilotage commissioners, the governor, and the chairs of the transportation committees of the senate and the house of representatives for any pilotage district where pilotage is not administered by a port authority.
