SB 6346: Electric vehicles
Expanding the use of certain electric vehicles.
Summary
Allows a person to operate a neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV) or medium-speed electric vehicle (MEV) on city and county streets and county roads in San Juan County with a speed limit of 45 miles per hour (mph) or less. Changes the minimum speed of a MEV from 30 mph to 25 mph.
