Summary

Consolidates Cascadia Community College with Lake Washington Technical College. Requires the state board for community and technical colleges and the boards of trustees for Cascadia Community College and Lake Washington Technical College to devise a plan to implement the changes provided in the act that includes a plan to eliminate duplication of governance and administrative functions.
