SB 6003: Organized retail theft
Modifying organized retail theft provisions.
Summary
- Includes, in the crime of organized retail theft, committing theft of property with a cumulative value of at least two hundred fifty dollars from a mercantile establishment with no less than nine accomplices and making or receiving at least one electronic communication in the course of planning or commission of the theft.
