HB 2111: Regional transit authorities

Concerning the enforcement of regional transit authority fares.

Summary

  • Requires a citation issued by a regional transit authority (RTA) for failure to provide proof of payment to be approved by the Administrative Office of the Courts and not contain vehicle information.
  • Removes the requirement that a citation issued by a RTA conform to the general requirements for a notice of civil infractions.
