SB 6225: In-home care services
Concerning restoration of funding to in-home care services.
Summary
- Requires decisions, as to the hours of in-home care to be provided, to be based solely upon an objective assessment of medical need. Requires the department of social and health services to provide eligible individuals with the hours of in-home care designated as the base hours for their in-home group.
