SB 6534: Land use decision appeals

Repealing provisions awarding prevailing party fees and costs for appeals of land use decisions.

Summary

  • The Court of Appeals or Supreme Court must award and determine the amount and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to a prevailing or substantially prevailing party.
