HB 2433: CPA firm mobility

Concerning certified public accountant firm mobility.

Summary

Authorizes out-of-state Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) firms to perform attest services within Washington without a CPA firm license issued by the Board of Accountancy (Board), subject to restrictions.
Requires non-CPA owners of CPA firms to be of good character.
Changes the use of certain terms in the Public Accountancy Act.
