Concerning public-private partnerships for state transportation projects and programs.
Summary
- The Transportation Innovative Partnerships Act is repealed and internal references are corrected accordingly. The public policy goals for public-private partnerships in Washington are identified and the execution and enforcement of contracts must be carried out consistent with the goals.
