Concerning filing fee surcharges for funding dispute resolution centers.
Summary
- Allows a county legislative authority to: (1) Increase the surcharge on each civil filing fee in district court and the surcharge on each filing fee for small claims actions; and (2) Impose a surcharge on each filing fee in superior court.
