Regarding dangerous dogs.
Summary
- Authorizes fish and wildlife officers and ex officio fish and wildlife officers to lethally remove a feral dog, including a wolf-dog hybrid, if the dog poses a threat to human safety, domestic animals, or livestock. Changes the requirements of an owner of a dangerous dog with regard to a city or county issuing a certificate of registration to the owner of the dog.
