Phases in meal provision requirements over two years, beginning in the 2023-24 school year in schools with 40 percent or more of their students eligible for FRPMs. Establishes reimbursement provisions for the meals provided without charge and directs the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction to reimburse school districts in accordance with those provisions.
