HB 1191: Manufactured home titles

Concerning removing vehicle titles from manufactured homes.

Summary

Allows the owner of a mobile or manufactured home in a mobile home park or manufactured housing community (community) to apply to the Department of Licensing for removal of the home's vehicle title, if the community is formed as a stock cooperative or limited equity housing cooperative and the owner has a membership or shares in the cooperative community.
