HB 1403: Condominium construction

Simplifying condominium construction statutes.

Summary

  • Exempts a declarant or dealer from the implied warranties of quality under the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA) if the declarant or dealer provide express warranty coverage that meets specified requirements.
