Summary

  • Requires the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the educational service districts (ESDs) to develop a technical assistance and training framework (framework) to provide school districts and public schools with assistance in supporting student behavioral health.
  • Requires the OSPI and the ESDs to use the framework to optimize delivery and coordination of behavioral health technical assistance and supports, once it is developed.
