Summary

  • Lowers the emissions threshold that establishes a Climate Commitment Act (CCA) compliance obligation for certain suppliers of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, or propane fuels.
  • Prohibits state agencies and municipalities from awarding any contracts to certain fuel suppliers.
  • Exempts, from a CCA compliance obligation, emissions from the combustion, oxidation, or other process or end use of a lubricant, beginning January 1, 2027.
