HB 2320: Firearm manufacturing
Concerning the regulation of firearm manufacturing.
Summary
Prohibits the manufacturing of certain firearms and firearm components through use of a three-dimensional printer or computer numerical control milling machine, subject to exceptions. Prohibits the sale, transfer, or distribution of certain digital firearm manufacturing code, subject to exceptions.
