Increasing transparency regarding residential habilitation center compliance with certain federal requirements.

Summary

  • Requires the Department of Social and Health Services, whenever it is notified that a residential habilitation center (RHC) is out of compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements, to provide notice of the noncompliance and certain other related notices at the affected RHC and to designated persons.
