HB 2379: Emergency tolling suspension
Providing for the suspension of tolling on certain facilities in the event of an emergency.
Summary
- Requires the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), in the event of certain evacuation notices, to immediately suspend tolling on facilities that could be reasonably construed to be an evacuation route, until the WSDOT determines such a suspension is no longer necessary to facilitate an evacuation.
