Summary
- Renames the Oversight Board for the Department of Children, Youth, and Families the Department of Children, Youth, and Families Accountability Board (Board), and modifies its purposes and duties.
- Broadens two Board member categories to allow the position to be filled with persons with different professional credentials or experience.
- Removes the Board from the Office of the Governor and places it in the Office of Financial Management for administrative purposes only.
