Summary
- Requires the Department of Children, Youth, and Families to review and rebase child care subsidy rate regions every four years beginning August 1, 2026, to reflect cost of living and economic differences between regions.
- Specifies that no provider may receive a lower child care subsidy base rate compared to its prior year only due to rebasing the regions.
