Repealing and reorganizing outdated statutes concerning public schools.

Summary

  • Allows funds for PASS program awards to be used for developing and updating high school and beyond plans.
  • Repeals statutes addressing a variety of topics in the School Code, for example the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact, optional employee suggestion and award programs, and the comprehensive guidance and planning programs.
