SB 5436: Worship/access interference
Interfering with access to a place of religious worship.
Summary
Creates a new offense of intentionally preventing or substantially hindering ingress to or egress from a place of worship or intentionally disrupting the normal functioning of religious services. Provides civil remedies for persons aggrieved by the prohibited actions.
