Concerning the workforce education investment account.
Summary
- Requires a certain amount of the revenue growth in the Workforce Education Investment Account to fund computing degree programs.
- Changes reporting requirements for the Workforce Education Investment Accountability and Oversight Board.
- Changes what may be included in the cost of attendance for determining the award for the Washington College Grant for Apprenticeship.
- Requires public institutions of higher education to grant credit towards a degree for related supplemental instruction for students in registered apprenticeships.
- Increases the median family income to qualify for the Washington College Grant and codifies the Bridge Grant.
