Encouraging construction of affordable housing by streamlining the permitting process.

Summary

  • Prohibits a local government from charging a permit applicant for third-party peer review of application materials prepared by certain licensed professionals if a licensed professional on the local government's staff has already reviewed the materials, unless there is a dispute between the applicant and the local government's staff.
