Concerning the responsibility of certain counties to include freight rail dependent use overlay as part of the transportation element of their comprehensive plan.

Summary

  • Removes authorization in the Growth Management Act for Clark County, and the cities in the county, to take certain planning actions, and adopt certain development regulations, related to the development of freight rail dependent uses on land adjacent to short line railroads.
