SB 6036: Adult family home licensure

Exempting certain former foster care providers from adult family home licensure.

Summary

  • Exempts individuals from adult family home licensure when that individual had a foster care license or child-specific license to care for a former foster youth and the youth is the only unrelated adult the individual provides personal care to in the home.
