SB 6039: LNI communication methods
Modernizing methods of communications by the department of labor and industries.
Summary
Allows the Department of Labor and Industries (Department) to send notices electronically. Requires that, before using an electronic method for the first time, the Department must provide recipients the option to receive notices nonelectronically.
