SB 6103: Rural hospital payments

Making payments for services provided by a rural emergency hospital subject to appropriation.

Summary

  • Makes payments for recipients eligible for medical assistance programs by a rural hospital designated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as a rural emergency hospital, regardless of the managed care enrollment status of the beneficiary, subject to appropriation.
