Concerning dedicated accounts for fees collected for the implementation of environmental programs.

Summary

  • Creates the Laboratory Accreditation Account (Account), and directs Department of Ecology (Ecology) fees for laboratory certification into the Account instead of the State General Fund.
  • Directs Ecology fees related to landfill methane emissions into the Air Pollution Control Account.
