Concerning special parking privileges for persons with disabilities.

Summary

  • Modifies the renewal requirement for persons granted special parking privileges by extending the renewal period from every five years to every ten years and removing the requirement to provide a signed written authorization from a health care practitioner.
  • Authorizes the director of the Department of Licensing to require satisfactory proof to renew special parking privileges if the director meets certain conditions.
