Creating an apple health employer assessment.
Summary
- Creates an Apple Health Employer Assessment (AHEA).
- Assesses Apple Health Employers that meet specific requirements an AHEA equal to total member months multiplied by 100 percent of the Medicaid Fair Share Capitation Rate.
- Deposits assessments collected in the State Health Care Affordability Account to be used for health care programs for low-income individuals.
