SB 6269: Definition of motor fuel
Modernizing the definition of motor fuel in the motor fuel quality act.
Summary
Amends the definition of motor fuel in the Motor Fuel Quality Act (MFQA) to include gaseous products used for motor vehicle propulsion on state highways or that are intended to be used for transportation purposes. Removes the definition of alternative fuel in the MFQA.
