Concerning commercial shellfish fees.
Summary
- Establishes fee maximums for the annual shellfish operation license fees, biotoxin testing fees, and export certificate fee.
- Provides that the Department of Health's shellfish regulatory program need not be fully fee-supported.
- Makes it retroactive to February 1, 2026 and contains an emergency clause.
