  • The state Parks and Recreation Commission shall: (1)provide waste reduction and recycling information in each park campground and day-use area by July 1, 1992; (2)provide recycling receptacles in at least 15 day-use and campground areas by July, 1993 with an emphasis in parks near urban centers or heavily used parks; (3)install recycling receptacles starting July 1, 1993, at a rate of at least five per biennium…
